Aleksandar Mitrovic has reportedly travelled to London in order to finalise his move from Newcastle United to Fulham.
The Serbia striker scored 12 times in 17 Championship appearances for the Cottagers after joining on loan from Newcastle in January.
Fulham have been linked with a permanent move for Mitrovic all summer and, according to Sky Sports News, the move is close to completion.
The report states that the 23-year-old will be undergoing a medical in the next 48 hours after the two clubs agreed a fee of £22m rising to £27m for the player.
Fulham have already completed the signings of Fabri, Maxime Le Marchand, Andre Schurrle and Jean Michael Seri this summer.
