Liverpool will reportedly not be spending big in the summer to strengthen their squad, despite recent rumours that they are about to move for Paulo Dybala and Matthijs de Ligt.
Ajax centre-back De Ligt admitted earlier this month that a switch to Anfield, where he would link up with Dutch international teammate Virgil van Dijk, appeals to him.
Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is a big fan of Juventus attacker Dybala, meanwhile, and is said to be hopeful of a big-money bid being tabled.
According to the Liverpool Echo, however, Liverpool are only looking to fine tune their squad ahead of next season, with a modest outlay expected.
The Merseyside outfit, who currently lead the way at the top of the Premier League, have spent nearly £250m on new players in the past 14 months.
