West Ham United are reportedly considering an approach to sign Manchester United midfielder Andreas Pereira on loan in January.
Pereira's current deal at Old Trafford expires next summer, and the 22-year-old has so far rejected offers for a three-year extension.
United have the option to trigger an extra 12-month clause in his contract which they are expected to enforce, but Pereira is understood to be growing increasingly frustrated with his lack of first-team football at the club.
The Brazil international has been a semi-regular presence in matchday squads under Jose Mourinho this season, but has made only six appearances across all competitions, half of which have come off the bench.
The Mirror reports that West Ham are willing to give Pereira the chance of more regular football by offering to sign him on loan until the end of the season.
The likes of Arsenal and Chelsea are thought to be interested in signing the Belgian-born midfielder on a permanent basis, but should the 12-month option in his contract be exercised by United then any talks over his longer-term future are expected to wait until at least the summer.
