Wolves CEO Jez Moxey has praised manager Mick McCarthy for his effect on team attitude.
After two back-to-back wins, Wolves are currently a point clear of the relegation zone with one game remaining.
"We're going into it with confidence," Moxey told talkSPORT ahead of Sunday's home clash with Blackburn. "We've always said it would go down to the last game, and exactly that's what's gonna happen."
"All round [our season] has not been about individuals, it's about the team," he added. "From the moment Mick joined us, he has galvanised that team spirit. More than anything, that will see us through on Sunday - the teamwork and belief we have in ourselves."
