Madrid will again be without the services of Eden Hazard this weekend, but the Belgium international could make his return from a muscular problem against Barca on October 24.
Eder Militao and Mariano Diaz are also both likely to be unavailable once again, while Dani Carvajal will definitely miss out, with the Spanish defender recently suffering a knee problem.
Alvaro Odriozola is also battling to overcome a calf issue, meaning that Nacho could again get the nod at right-back, while Marcelo is expected to be handed the left-back spot ahead of Ferland Mendy.
Luka Modric was heavily involved for Croatia during the recent international break and could now drop out, with Isco potentially joining Casemiro and Toni Kroos in the middle of the park.
Karim Benzema is also a certain starter in the final third, and the Frenchman could be joined by Marco Asensio and Vinicius Junior, with neither player joining up with their national teams over the last two weeks.
Thibaut Courtois had emerged as a doubt after being forced to pull out of the Belgium squad through injury, but the club's number one goalkeeper has been cleared to play on Saturday.
