James Rodriguez 'still wants Real Madrid exit'

A report claims that James Rodriguez still wants to leave Real Madrid and will seek an exit in the January transfer window.

James Rodriguez is still reportedly keen to leave Real Madrid in the January transfer window.

The 25-year-old moved to Spain from AS Monaco in the summer of 2014 and netted 17 times during an impressive first season at the Bernabeu.

The attacker struggled to win a spot in Zinedine Zidane's first selection last season, however, and it has been a similar story in the opening months of the new campaign, scoring just once in nine appearances.

Manchester United and Inter Milan were both strongly linked with a move for the Colombian international in the summer, and according to Don Balon, James will seek a Bernabeu exit at the start of 2017.

James is contracted to the Spanish giants until the summer of 2020.
