Danny Rose will reportedly not be leaving Tottenham Hotspur this summer despite the Premier League club signing Ryan Sessegnon from Fulham in the latter stages of the transfer window.
The experienced defender was left out of the Spurs squad for their pre-season tour of Asia, with the club revealing that he was free to seek pastures new ahead of the 2019-20 campaign.
Rose ultimately remained with Mauricio Pochettino's side past the end of the English window, but the full-back can still join a number of European clubs before the end of the month.
According to football.london, though, despite Tottenham bringing another left-back to the club in the shape of Sessegnon, Rose will not be leaving until at least the January transfer window.
The 29-year-old played the full 90 minutes against Aston Villa last weekend, with Ben Davies and Sessegnon both currently unavailable for selection through injury.
Pochettino's team will be looking to make it back-to-back Premier League wins at the start of the new season when they face the champions Manchester City in Saturday's late start.
