West Bromwich Albion are to offer Matheus Pereira a new deal worth £45,000 a week, according to a report.
The 24-year-old joined Albion on a permanent deal in the summer after starring on loan from Sporting Lisbon in the Championship last season.
Pereira has been directly involved in three Premier League goals so far this term, and Football Insider claims that he is to be rewarded with fresh terms.
An agreement in principle is said to have already been reached, with the Baggies willing to pay the Brazilian £12m over the duration of the five-year deal.
Should he put pen to paper, Pereira will join Charlie Austin, Kieran Gibbs and Jake Livermore among the club's highest earners.
