West Ham United's Sam Allardyce worried by lack of goals

West Ham United manager Sam Allardyce admits that he is concerned by his side's current lack of goals following Sunday's 0-0 draw at Southampton.

West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce has admitted that he is worried by his side's current lack of goals after their 0-0 draw at Southampton in the Premier League.

The Hammers failed to find the net for the third consecutive league game on Sunday as they came away from St Mary's Stadium with a point.

"Overall, it was a decent performance," BBC Sport quotes Allardyce as saying. "Defensively we showed how good we are but we can't hit the back of the net. That's my concern at the moment."

The stalemate has seen West Ham move up to 10th place in the Premier League table.
