Leeds Rhinos full-back Zak Hardaker has been banned for one match for a dangerous throw on St Helens stand-off Travis Burns.

Hardaker pleaded guilty to the Grade B offence, which took place during Leeds's 46-18 win over the Saints last Thursday.

The 23-year-old will now miss his side's trip to Wigan Warriors on July 9.

Leeds currently sit three points clear at the top of the Super League table thanks to four victories from their last six games.
