Majority shareholder Stan Kroenke thinks that Arsenal have "all the elements" to be a force in the Premier League.

Arsenal majority shareholder Stan Kroenke has backed the Gunners to return to winning ways in the near future.

The American businessman, who joined the Arsenal board in 2008, took over more than 60% of the ownership earlier this year.

The North London side have experienced a tumultuous start to the season, but Kroenke is confident that the right people are in charge to reach success.

"Arsenal has all the elements that you need to have success in this kind of business," said Kroenke.

"[The club] has tremendous management at the top, a wonderful manager on the pitch who makes great decisions in regard to personnel, and a tremendous following with the supporters."

The Gunners sit seventh in the Premier League table heading into a clash with Chelsea this Saturday.
