Arsenal 'to launch Cengiz Under enquiry'

Arsenal will make an enquiry for Roma attacker Cengiz Under in January, according to a report.

Arsenal will reportedly launch an enquiry for Roma attacker Cengiz Under when the January transfer window opens for business.

Under joined Roma from Istanbul Basaksehir in 2017 and has scored 11 times in 46 appearances for the Italian giants in all competitions since his arrival.

The attacker has three goals and five assists in 14 appearances for Roma during the 2018-19 campaign, meanwhile, and it is understood that a number of clubs are interested in him.

According to Bleacher Report, Arsenal have sent scouts to watch Under in action in the early stages of this season, and the Gunners will contact Roma over a potential sale at the start of 2019.

Bayern Munich, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are also believed to be keen on signing the former Altinordu youngster.
