Arsenal's Aaron Ramsey 'not interested' in Barcelona move "at this time"

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey insists that a £50m move to Barcelona does not appeal to him "at this time".

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has insisted that he is ignoring speculation linking him with a transfer to Barcelona.

The Wales international has been touted as a potential £50m target for the Spanish giants, despite the Catalan club being under a transfer ban until next year.

Ramsey has responded to the rumours by insisting that he is purely focused on this Saturday's FA Cup final against Aston Villa at Wembley.

According to BBC Sport, when asked if a transfer to Barca appeals to him, the midfielder said: "No, not at this time. I'm focusing on the FA Cup so that's what appeals to me at this moment in time.

"That's just something that's been written in the papers. I'm focused on Arsenal and winning the FA Cup. That sort of news doesn't affect me or even enter my mind."

Ramsey has four years left on his current Arsenal contract.
