Spanish goalkeeper Pepe Reina has revealed that he has not yet spoken to Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers about his role at the club next season.
The Spaniard spent last season on loan at Napoli, but has returned to his parent club for pre-season training this summer.
Simon Mignolet was Liverpool's first-choice stopper last season, but Reina is unlikely to remain at Anfield as the number two.
"Of course I'm with my team, Liverpool. I have a contract for two more years and I haven't yet spoken with the coach," he told Mundo Deportivo.
"I'm finishing my holiday and my agent is in charge of these things.
"I wasn't hopeful of joining Barca this year. Last summer there was other contact but in the last season I have focused on doing well with Napoli and little else."
Reina had been linked with a move to Barcelona, but the Catalan outfit have since added goalkeepers Marc-Andre ter Stegen and Claudio Bravo.
