Bayern Munich coach Jupp Heynckes has admitted that his side's performance was "disastrous" in their 5-2 defeat to Borussia Dortmund in Saturday's German Cup final.
Robert Lewandowski netted three times as an under-par Bayern succumbed to their rivals at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin.
"We cannot complain," Heynckes told reporters. "Our entire defensive play was disastrous. We have only ourselves to blame. We did not deserve to win.
"That said, we have a very major goal in mind - the Champions League final. By then we should have all recovered from the shock [of this defeat]."
Bayern take on Chelsea at the Allianz Arena next Saturday for European club football's top prize.
