Manuel Neuer: 'Bayern Munich can improve further'

Manuel Neuer insists that Bayern Munich still have a lot of improving to do under Pep Guardiola.

Manuel Neuer has insisted that Bayern Munich are still looking for ways to improve as a team under Pep Guardiola.

Bayern have not yet been beaten in the Bundesliga this season and are impressing many with their form in the Champions League, but Neuer claims that there is still a lot of work to be done at the Allianz Arena.

"We know we are beatable, we know it's dangerous to let things slide," the German goalkeeper told reporters. "The coach always has new challenges for us.

"We've just worked together with Pep Guardiola for more than half a year now, but he does not see us where he wants us to be. That's the positive aspect - there is still room for further development."

Bayern host Schalke in the Bundesliga on Saturday.
