Bolton Wanderers want James Forrest?

Bolton Wanderers are hoping to sign winger James Forrest from Celtic, according to a report.

Bolton Wanderers are reportedly chasing Celtic winger James Forrest.

Trotters boss Neil Lennon is said to be a big admirer of the 23-year-old, according to the Daily Mail, having handed him his debut five years ago during his time in charge of the Scottish side.

The player has a year remaining on his current deal at Parkhead, but Celtic are still expected to demand a seven-figure fee for his services.

Forrest has scored 28 goals in 150 appearances for Celtic.
