Celtic manager Ronny Deila is happy with the progress that his players have made during their pre-season tour of Austria.

Celtic manager Ronny Deila has hailed the progress that his team has made during their pre-season tour of Austria.

The Scottish champions were unbeaten in all four games of the tour, ending with a 0-0 draw against Dukla Prague.

Deila believes that his players are constantly improving ahead of their Champions League qualifying campaign.

"It was good for some of the players to get 90 minutes under their belt but I think, most importantly, we are taking steps forward with every game," he told the club's official website.

Celtic travel to Iceland on Tuesday to face KR Reykjavik in the first leg of the opening round of Champions League qualifying.
