Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech has said that anyone not pulling their weight for new manager Rafael Bentiez should leave the club.
The Spanish coach has come in for criticism from sections of the Blues faithful following his arrival as Roberto Di Matteo's successor, but the Czech number one said that is not the case in the dressing room.
Cech believes that any player who does not adapt to the new regime will quickly find themselves out of the team.
"You adapt or you're out," said Cech. "It's as simple as that.
"You're here to play, you're here to do what the club and manager wants you to do. If you don't like it, you can leave.
"If you stay sad and don't do the right things, you can end up on the bench and you're not playing and it will be even more disappointing."
Chelsea drew 0-0 with Manchester City in Benitez's first game in charge.
