Andreas Christensen: 'Arsenal game will be tough'

Chelsea centre-back Andreas Christensen insists that his team will not underestimate Arsenal in this weekend's Premier League clash at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea centre-back Andreas Christensen has insisted that his team will not underestimate Arsenal in this weekend's Premier League clash at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues have won each of their last five home Premier League games against their local rivals, and the hosts will enter Sunday's match off the back of four straight wins in all competitions.

Arsenal, meanwhile, have lost both of their away league matches this season, including a 4-0 defeat at Liverpool before the international break.

Christensen, however, has said that his team will have to be at their best to overcome the Gunners at Stamford Bridge.

"We are looking forward to that, it's come quickly. This month, we don't have too much time off. We have to work hard in the training ground and I think everyone is looking forward to the week coming," Christensen told talkSPORT.

"You can't look at [Arsenal's two away losses this season]. You just look at the players they have and the team they got. We know how difficult it's going to be."

Christensen played the whole 90 minutes of Chelsea's 6-0 win over Qarabag FK in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
