Chelsea are reportedly ready to turn to AC Milan flop Andre Silva in their search for a new striker to replace Alvaro Morata.
The Portugal international scored just two Serie A goals for Milan last season before being shipped out on loan to Sevilla in the summer.
After missing out on other targets to replace the ineffective Morata, however, The Sun suggests that Silva has now been targeted by the Blues.
Silva netted just 10 goals in 40 games overall for the Rossoneri, but he has fared better during his half-season in Spanish football with eight goals in 17 La Liga outings.
The report claims that Chelsea may offer Morata to Sevilla so that the Spanish club end Silva's loan early, allowing the Londoners to negotiate terms with Milan over a January move.
