Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri has suggested his side deserved to share a point with Bournemouth after their 1-1 draw this afternoon.
Bournemouth had led the game for an hour thanks to an overhead kick by Callum Wilson, but a late Jamie Vardy penalty rescued a point for the Foxes.
Speaking to reporters after the game, Ranieri said: "It was a fair result. We slowed down a little after their goal, but we fought a lot [in the] second half.
"I wanted more from the players in the first half, a reaction when they scored. We fought to the end.
"[It was] important for us to take a point. When we come back from the internationals, we must restart with the right mentality."
Ranieri's side are currently third in the Premier League table.
