Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge has talked up the talents of manager Brendan Rodgers.
Speaking to Reds legend Robbie Fowler in an interview with the club's TV channel, the Reds forward claimed that the Northern Irishman is the finest tactician that he has ever played under.
He said: "Tactically, he's the best [manager] I have worked with. From a man-management point of view, he's always pushing to get the best out of me.
"He is always trying to get the most out of me and reach my limits. He's done a lot for me and hopefully I can pay him back with some good performances."
Rodgers's side are currently top of the Premier League and host title rivals Manchester City at Anfield on Sunday.
