Liverpool have reportedly reached an agreement to sign Fulham starlet Fabio Carvalho this summer.
The Reds were agonisingly close to securing the 19-year-old's signature on transfer deadline day in January, but the paperwork could not be completed in time.
Liverpool were always expected to go back in for Carvalho in the summer, and according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, a deal to bring the teenager to Anfield is now complete.
Romano adds that Carvalho has agreed to a five-year contract at Anfield until the summer of 2027, and his medical has already been completed with Fulham's permission.
Liverpool will supposedly pay an upfront fee of €5m (£4.2m) for Carvalho, which could rise to €7.7m (£6.4m) with performance-related add-ons, and Fulham will receive 20% of any future sale.
Carvalho has scored seven goals and set up seven more in 29 Championship matches for Fulham this season, and an official announcement on his arrival will reportedly be made next month.
