Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has reportedly been offered a contract to take charge of the Russian national team.
The 47-year-old has yet to commit his future to the Premier League champions, despite rumours of a new bumper deal on the table.
Russia, who are hosting the 2018 World Cup, are now ready to offer the Italian £35m to take over in time for the tournament, according to the Daily Mail.
Mancini was appointed at the Etihad Stadium in 2009 and guided the club to their first league title in 44 years last season.
