Brighton & Hove Albion left-back Marc Cucurella has seemingly dropped a major hint to suggest that he could be heading to Manchester City this summer, based on his recent interaction on social media.
The 23-year-old has been strongly linked with a move to the Etihad Stadium, with Pep Guardiola identifying the Spaniard as his primary left-back target.
Cucurella's representatives are understood to have flown to England to negotiate a move for the defender to the Premier League champions, but an agreement is yet to have been reached between the two clubs.
Meanwhile, another of City's top targets is edging closer to a move to the Etihad, as the Citizens have reportedly reached an agreement with Leeds United to sign midfielder Kalvin Phillips, in a deal which could rise to £45m.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has been covering the story for several months, and on Friday he posted an update on his Instagram account regarding the latest news on Phillips's move to City.
This post has since been liked by Cucurella, which was spotted by City Xtra, who have posted evidence of the left-back's interaction to Romano on Twitter.

Romano has since responded on Twitter, stating that Cucurella is City's "next top target" as soon as they complete the signing of Phillips.
Cucurella – who has previously admitted that he would find it difficult to turn down a switch to Man City – only joined Brighton last summer from Getafe for around £15.4m, but he enjoyed a successful first season with the club and was named their Player of the Year.
