James Rodriguez "could not reject" Manchester United

James Rodriguez says that although he is focused on Porto, he could not reject a move to Manchester United.

Manchester United target James Rodriguez has revealed that a move to Old Trafford would "please" him.

The Colombian winger has reportedly caught Sir Alex Ferguson's eye this season, while German giants Bayern Munich also remain in the hunt.

Rodriguez, who is rated around the £30m mark, has notched 12 goals in 21 league games this season.

The 20-year-old said that he is fully focused on life at the Estadio Dragao but he could not reject the overtures of the Red Devils should they make a bid.

"I am only focused on Porto at the moment but I could not reject to play for Manchester United. It would please me" Rodriguez told Colombian newspaper Nuevo Estadio.

Rodriguez moved to Porto from Argentine side Banfield in 2010.
