Alexis Sanchez will reportedly return to pre-season training in late June as the Manchester United attacker looks to force a move away from Old Trafford in this summer's transfer window.
The Chile international joined United in January 2018 off the back of an impressive spell at Arsenal, where he scored 80 times in 166 appearances in all competitions.
The 30-year-old has only managed five goals in 45 appearances for the Red Devils, though, and has been strongly linked with Juventus and Inter Milan over the last week or so.
Sanchez still has three years left to run on his £500,000-a-week contract with United, which could prove a stumbling block in any potential exit.
However, according to The Sun, the attacker is still hoping to force a move away from Manchester this summer and will return to pre-season training at the end of June in a bid to 'prove he is ready' for the new campaign.
The report has claimed that Sanchez is currently in Chile but will also travel to Spain before returning to Carrington to begin preparing himself for the 2019-20 campaign.
The South American has struggled with hamstring and knee injuries over the last six months.
