Paris Saint-Germain playmaker Javier Pastore has talked up the importance of nutmegs in his game.
The Argentine midfielder has made a name for himself by using the skill both on the international and domestic stage and has described the showboating move as an efficient way to get past an opposing player.
"Nutmegs, for me, are a beautiful thing to do. They're beautiful to watch and I think they're beautiful to do as well. In fact even when I get nutmegged myself I find that beautiful - and that actually happens quite a lot too." Pastore told BeIN Sports.
"I think it's a skill that gives you a lot of possibilities as it eliminates an opposition player. I find it much easier to do a little nutmeg and run round the player than to try and dribble around him with the ball."
Pastore's PSG currently find themselves sitting in 12th spot in the Ligue 1 table, with a game in hand over most opponents.
