The Frenchman picked up the injury during Juve's last-16 encounter with Borussia Dortmund an was expected to be out for seven weeks.

However, the Juve boss is now hopeful that the 22-year-old midfielder will be fit enough for the second leg against Madrid on May 13.

"We are doing everything possible to have him back for the second leg of the semi-final," Allegri said, according to Goal.com.

"We'll be playing against the European champions, a galactic team."

Juventus face Torino on Sunday afternoon, looking to extend their lead at the top of the Serie A table.
