Alvaro Morata hails Real Madrid

Alvaro Morata hails Real Madrid following Saturday's 5-0 win over Rayo Vallecano.

Real Madrid forward Alvaro Morata has hailed Los Blancos following their 5-0 win over Rayo Vallecano.

Carlo Ancelotti's side entered Saturday's La Liga clash on the back of successive defeats, but returned to form at the Bernabeu.

"We needed to come back after the two defeats," Morata told reporters.

"As a team we have great aspirations and we're looking forward to our next match. Real Madrid never give up when there is still a chance to win. We are a great team and we'll fight for everything.

"This is Madrid, we are together and we fight for everything until the very end. The fans demand that of us."

Morata scored Madrid's fifth after entering as a second-half substitute.
