Tottenham Hotspur manager Andre Villas-Boas could reportedly earn £3m in bonus payments based on his side's performance next season.
The 34-year-old Portuguese boss was confirmed as Harry Redknapp's successor on Tuesday, signing a three-year contract.
In addition to his £4m-per-year salary, Villas-Boas would pocket £500,000 for securing a return to the Champions League, a further £1m for winning the Premier League title and potentially £1.5m for success in cup competitions, according to The Sun.
Spurs begin their Premier League campaign away at Newcastle United next month.
