Tottenham Hotspur have entered the race to sign Porto midfielder Yacine Brahimi, according to reports.
The Algerian international was recently voted the best African player to play in La Liga last season after enjoying a good 2013-14 campaign with Granada.
The Daily Star claims that the 24-year-old, who can also play on the wing, has been earmarked as a possible Spurs signing next summer by manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Brahimi joined Porto in the summer, where he is under contract until 2019.
