Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Stale Solbakken believes that striker Kevin Doyle should be more selfish in front of goal.
The Republic of Ireland striker has scored just once this season and while Solbakken was full of praise for Doyle's work rate, he believes that Doyle would benefit from displaying a more ruthless streak.
Solbakken said: "His work rate is tremendous and he always plays for the team rather than himself.
"But maybe he should be more selfish sometimes. He should maybe demand something more from his teammates - he's too nice sometimes."
Doyle has scored 22 goals in 114 appearances for Wolves.
