Massimiliano Allegri has received backing from AC Milan midfielder Riccardo Montolivo following the team's disappointing start to the season.
A goalless draw against Anderlecht on Tuesday saw the pressure build on Allegri but Montolivo insists that the Rossoneri squad are behind the 45-year-old.
The Italy international told Milan Channel: "I think he can do good things. He is the key to lead this situation.
"We are all with Allegri. I am happy to be at Milan. We have changed a lot and we must find a team balance.
"I am convinced that we will find it with time. All of us must give something more because what we have given until now has not been enough."
Reports surfaced on Thursday suggesting that Allegri had been involved in a training ground altercation with Milan's youth team coach, Filipo Inzaghi.
