David Luiz has insisted that he and his Chelsea teammates do not let themselves get affected by the feud between manager Jose Mourinho and Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger.
The Portuguese coach recently described his French rival as a 'specialist in failure' after Wenger said that anyone who is playing down their title chances have a fear of losing.
Wenger responded to Mourinho's comment by saying that he was "embarrassed" for the Chelsea boss, whose team currently sit one point above the Gunners at the top of the Premier League table.
Luiz, who was speaking at Pepsi Max's 'The Art of Football' event in London, is quoted by The Independent as saying: "We are top of the league now, we are happy with this. We keep working hard every day for our job.
"Of course, I respect everyone, other teams, but we need to do our job. That's it. We cannot listen to everyone because if you listen to another coach, Chelsea don't have just one coach, Chelsea have 10, 20, 100 [coaches]. Everyone wants to be part of our club, and that's natural."
Both sides have 12 games left to play in the league.
