Nottingham Forest are reportedly willing to pay £8m for West Ham United outcast Reece Oxford.

Nottingham Forest are reportedly willing to pay £8m for West Ham United outcast Reece Oxford.

The 20-year-old has struggled to break into Manuel Pellegrini's first team since returning from a loan spell at Bundesliga side Borussia Monchengladbach.

Due to the competition of Issa Diop, Fabian Balbuena and Angelo Ogbonna, Oxford may look elsewhere for minutes, and The Mirror reports that Forest may capitalise on the situation this month.

The report also claims that the Championship side will face competition from Arsenal and Everton, while Manchester United have been keen admirers in the past.

Oxford made his mark in English football after an impressive debut at the Emirates in a 2-0 win for the Hammers in 2015.
