Players from Blackburn Rovers and West Ham United have shown their support for Fabrice Muamba this evening.
Muamba is currently in a critical condition at the London Chest Hospital, having suffered a cardiac arrest during Bolton's away match at Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday night.
The Blackburn squad warmed up for their Premier League fixture against Sunderland this evening with shirts asking supporters to pray for Muamba's health.
The visiting Black Cats also wore similar t-shirts.
Meanwhile, the West Ham playing staff offered encouraging words to Muamba and Eric Abidal, who is awaiting a liver transplant, on their shirts.
Real Madrid players paid a similar tribute to the duo at the weekend.
