Midfielder Urby Emanuelson has revealed that he is treating his loan period at Fulham as an opportunity to impress his parent club AC Milan.
Emanuelson has moved from the San Siro to Craven Cottage until the end of the season but the Dutch international insists that he is not planning an extended stay in West London.
Emanuelson told Voetbal International: "It is an excellent choice for now and after this season, I still have one year left on my contract at Milan.
"Now I need to show Milan and other clubs what I can do, so it is an important period."
The 26-year-old made his Fulham debut during their 1-0 defeat to Manchester United last weekend.
