Juventus striker Fernando Llorente has taken to Twitter to congratulate his club on reaching the final of the Champions League.
The Spanish international played his part in both legs of Juve's semi-final against Real Madrid, with the Italian side's progression confirmed following a 1-1 draw at the Bernabeu in the second leg on Wednesday evening.
Juve, who have made their first Champions League final since 2003, will face Barcelona in the conclusion of the tournament on June 6 in Berlin.

Llorente, 30, has scored nine times for Juve this season and 27 in total since making the move from Athletic Bilbao in 2013.
