Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has reportedly told Rhian Brewster that he will feature in his first-team squad next season.
The 17-year-old is regarded as one of the top prospects in English football, with the teenager enhancing his reputation with eight goals at the Under-17 World Cup in October.
Upon his return to Merseyside, Klopp opted against an immediate promotion into the senior setup, while the German was allegedly unwilling to loan the teenager to a Football League club.
However, according to The Telegraph, Klopp intends to use Brewster in first-team training during the next campaign, once the striker has returned from injury.
Brewster will spend the rest of this season on the sidelines after sustaining ankle ligament damage, but could return to full fitness before the start of pre-season.
