Kolo Toure urges Liverpool focus

Kolo Toure urges his Liverpool teammates to stay focused ahead of Monday's trip to Swansea City in the Premier League.

Kolo Toure has urged his Liverpool teammates to remain focused ahead of Monday's Premier League trip to Swansea City.

The Reds head into the match at the Liberty Stadium knowing that a fourth straight win would send them back to the top of the table.

"We will head to Swansea high on confidence because of the position we are in, but we know we need to be focused because it's going to be a really hard game," Toure told the club's official website.

Toure has been tipped to make his return from injury against Swansea following a spell on the sidelines with a groin problem.
