Liverpool are reportedly keen on signing Manchester City striker Stevan Jovetic at the end of the season.
Reds boss Brendan Rodgers admitted on Monday that he needs to boost his attacking options in the summer.
Jovetic has struggled to make an impact since joining City from Fiorentina in 2013, scoring 12 goals in 44 appearances.
The Montenegro international, 25, could now be on his way to Anfield ahead of the 2015-16 campaign, according to Goal.com.
Juventus and Inter Milan are also thought to be keen on Jovetic, whose last goal for City came during their 3-2 win over Sunderland on New Year's Day.
