Mario Balotelli fined one week's wages

Mario Belotelli has been fined one week's wages by Manchester City for a breach of club discipline.

The controversial striker was pictured in a strip club by photographers two days before his side's 2-0 win over Bolton Wanderers on Saturday.

The Italian said on Tuesday that he was wrong to go out 48 hours before a match.

Balotelli was reportedly asked to leave Manchester's Trafford Shopping Centre on Wednesday after he refused to remove a hoodie.
