Bastian Schweinsteiger has paid tribute to his "unbelievable" Manchester United teammate Memphis Depay.
The Dutch winger made his debut in Saturday morning's 1-0 pre-season friendly win over Club America, playing the first 45 minutes before being withdrawn at half time.
Depay, a £25m signing from PSV Eindhoven, netted 25 goals in all competitions last season, and Schweinsteiger - also a new recruit - says that the 21-year-old is the real deal.
"Memphis is an unbelievable talent and he has so much quality and I am sure we will have a lot of fun with him on the pitch," he told the club's official website.
"I enjoyed it a lot because to watch young players, how they are and how they played with [Andreas] Pereira, Jesse [Lingard] and [James] Wilson. They are all very good players.
"I have seen a lot of young players in my career and I have to say that these young players are very, very good. If they are doing well in the future then Manchester United could be happy."
The Red Devils kick off their Premier League campaign by hosting Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford on August 8.
