Manchester United have reportedly joined the transfer tussle for out-of-favour Barcelona midfielder Miralem Pjanic.
The Bosnia-Herzegovina international only played a bit-part role under Ronald Koeman last term and is expected to leave this summer given the Blaugrana's desperate need to raise funds.
Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea are thought to be going head-to-head for the signature of Pjanic, and the Lilywhites have supposedly made contact over a potential summer transfer.
However, Marca reports that both Man United and the midfielder's former club Juventus are in the hunt for his services, with the Old Lady now back under the tutelage of Massimiliano Allegri, who Pjanic thrived under.
The report goes on to say that Pjanic has been given permission to leave and is not in Koeman's plans for the 2021-22 season, but he is in no rush to decide his future before pre-season training begins.
The 31-year-old pulled on the Barcelona shirt 30 times across all competitions last term, but he only started six games in La Liga.
