Newcastle United's Fabricio Coloccini: 'Every game is massive for us'

Newcastle United captain Fabricio Coloccini insists that every game is "massive" for the club this season.

Newcastle United captain Fabricio Coloccini has claimed that every game and every competition is "important" for the club's season.

Steve McClaren is still waiting on his first Premier League win as Magpies boss following a 2-2 draw against Southampton and a 2-0 defeat to Swansea City.

"I think this season at Newcastle, what we have going to our credit is that every game is going to be important," Coloccini told The Chronicle. "Whether it's cup games of Premier League, every game is going to be massive for us."

Newcastle's next game is away to Manchester United on Saturday.
