Norwich City boss Alex Neil has admitted that he is excited by the additions of Robbie Brady and Andre Wisdom.
The Canaries spent £7m to land the Republic of Ireland international from Hull City and then secured a loan deal until the end of the season for Wisdom from Liverpool.
Neil feels that both players will bring hunger to his squad and provide added quality to the wide areas of his team.
He told the club's official website: "Robbie is a good player with international experience, who has excellent pedigree having come through at Manchester United. He adds competition to the left-side, while Andre gives us flexibility on the right and is another talented young player.
"We wanted to bring in young and hungry players with a point to prove, and they certainly fit the bill. The flanks are where we've been relatively short, so they'll add competition, which is important.
"We've got a good bunch, so provided we keep working how we have since I've been here we should be fine."
Norwich open the Premier League season against Crystal Palace at Carrow Road.
