Jack Hunt has revealed that he would be open to signing a longer loan deal with Nottingham Forest if he finds his form at the City Ground.
The defender has joined Forest on an initial six-month loan from Crystal Palace, but he admits that staying at the club until the end of the season is a possibility.
"I have only just arrived, so it is a bit soon to be talking about it, but if Forest did want to keep me for the second half of the season, it would be a conversation that we would have to have with Palace," Hunt told reporters.
"It is also putting myself in the shop window at the same time, but hopefully I can go back to Palace in January and play.
"If it works out otherwise, we will see what happens in the future."
Hunt has not made a competitive appearance for Palace since joining the club from Huddersfield Town last summer.
