Plymouth Argyle have appointed Derek Adams as the club's new manager.
The 39-year-old, who has previously spent seven years coaching in Scotland, takes over from John Sheridan who departed Home Park last month.
After breaking into management at the age of 32, Adams won two titles in his time at Ross County, as well as establishing the Staggies in the Scottish Premiership.
A poor start to last season saw the former Motherwell player shown the exit, however, and he has been out of work since.
Plymouth reached the League Two playoffs last month, before losing out 5-3 to Wycombe Wanderers over two legs at the semi-final stage.
